Dad Mows Best Lawn Care LLC

By using our services or communicating with us, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Dad Mows Best Lawn Care LLC provides residential and commercial lawn care services. Services are performed as outlined in your quote.

Billing & Payment

Invoices are issued upon completion of each service and are due within 7 days.

A secure card on file is required. Any unpaid balances after 7 days may be automatically charged to the card on file.

Continued service may be paused for overdue accounts.

Property Access & Preparation

Customers are responsible for providing full property access on the scheduled service day and ensuring the property is prepared, including clearing pet waste.

Properties requiring additional work beyond the original scope, such as excessive debris or unforeseen conditions, may incur additional charges.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Service times are reserved specifically for your property.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service charge.

Missed appointments due to lack of access may be subject to the same fee.

A one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered when possible.

Weather & Scheduling Adjustments

Dad Mows Best Lawn Care LLC may adjust service schedules as needed. Customers will be notified of any changes.

For schedule adjustments made by Dad Mows Best Lawn Care LLC, you will not be billed until the service has been completed.

Communication & Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Dad Mows Best Lawn Care LLC related to appointment scheduling, service updates, estimates, and invoices.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Dad Mows Best Lawn Care LLC is not liable for damages resulting from factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, property conditions, or pre-existing issues.

Agreement

By requesting or accepting service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
